Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Exchange Policy:  We want to make sure that you feel confident buying from Z Body Contour, that's why we offer a 7-day online exchange policy.  If the product is ordered in the wrong size, you have 7 days to contact us and  return the garment to us, with all tags still attached for an exchange for the correct size.  Customers are responsible for return shipping. All exchanges are subject to quality approval, so all returns will be inspected upon return. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option to choose USPS Standard Shipping or USPS Priority Shipping. Please note that the processing time of 7-10 business days is not included in the shipping time. Example: if you choose USPS 2 Days Priority Shipping - we will ship your package with such service once the item is available to ship after the processing time of the order.

Shipment Methods:  Here are the estimated delivery times and shipment costs.   Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

USPS Priority Mail - 2-5 business days (not including processing time) -$14.35

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Z Body Contour ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes: Z Body Contour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:  Z Body Contour is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Also, please contact us so we can assist you through this process. If the package is lost in transit, contact us by email at and contact the carrier to file a claim. We will assist you with placing the claim and making sure you receive the item you paid for.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:  We ship worldwide and the shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your country of residence. All other shipping details and policies still apply.
